StaffMark Renames IT division

To better communicate the core direction and capabilities of its IT division, Staffmark (Fayetteville, AR) has renamed its IT division. IntelliMark, headed by Expert Business Systems (EBS, Dallas) founder and CEO Jerry Poston, will provide information technology staffing and consulting, help desk services, ERP packages, distributed services, network consulting, internet development and outsourcing services. EBS was acquired by StaffMark in August. The company has an existing revenue base of over $135 million. StaffMark plans to "aggressively grow this division through strategic acquisitions, strong internal growth, and diversification," according to StaffMark president and CEO Clete Brewer.
