ServiceWare offers eService Suite 4.1
ServiceWare has release eService 4.1, its KM suite for customer service and support.
The company reports new product features include:
- out-of-the-box reports designed specifically for use with Crystal Reports 8;
- advanced e-mail functionality;
- an HTML editor embedded in eService Professional and eService Architect;
- remote authoring and user administration; and
- an open API said to allow integration with all major CRM systems including Siebel, Clarify and Remedy.
English, German, Spanish, French and Dutch versions are available for all suite components.
