ServiceWare Names new VP of Services
ServiceWare has named Susie Sedlacek, previously head of Sun Microsystem's Latin American professional services business, as VP of Professional Services. Sedlacek will lead the development of and long-term strategy for ServiceWare's professional consulting, mentoring and support services, as well as pre-sales support initiatives and customer training. Sedlacek has additional professional services experience with Hewlett-Packard, The ASK Computer Group and SRI International.
