Roundarch launches CRM platform
Roundarch has released a new software platform designed to integrate CRM applications across multiple touchpoints. The company reports its Pre-Integrated Solution Platform (PSP) has been designed to meet customer demand for a scalable solution that shortens the time to market and meets the needs of both click-and-mortar companies and dot.com firms.
Roundarch was founded by Deloitte Consulting, BroadVision and WPP Group with the goal of integrating the trio’s strengths to help companies translate customer concepts and technologies into strategies that produce measurable improvements in revenue, margins and loyalty.
"Our PSP suite benefits Roundarch clients by providing end-to-end multi-channel solutions backed by market-leading technology," says Bo Manning, CEO of Roundarch. "This new product offering meets growing demand from our clients for a stable and scalable platform that reduces performance concerns, integration cost and risk."
Roundarch claims the customer benefits of the PSP include:
• Quicker time-to-market--the software platform is pre-developed, which allows clients to adopt some or all of the 40 e-CRM functions available with the suite as their needs dictate.
• Cost savings--the PSP is a scalable platform that allows companies to expand services on the same platform as their needs evolve.
• Lower risk--market-leading e-CRM and ERP applications are tightly integrated with proven technology
The PSP solution integrates BroadVision with SAP solutions, e-serviceand e-marketing applications using Software Technologies Corp. architecture.
