Process Manager software from Treev

Designed to simplify the automation of e-business workflow, Process Manager from Treev is a graphical design interface and integrated development environment based on Microsoft Visual Basic for Applications. The company claims the software speeds deployment time by avoiding complex, proprietary development environments previously associated with workflow automation.

Treev says Process Manager traps incoming electronic and paper documents and then initiates appropriate business actions to process the transaction through to customer satisfaction. The company reports that its scalable new product can automate any transaction or business process built upon rules-based decision-making, adding that rules can be adjusted in response to changing conditions. Project Manager integrates with existing customer service and back-office applications, Treev says.
