Portal party

Focusing on further enhancing ways organizations can better access manage and distribute business-critical documents and information, Cypress introduces new software. Cypress.Web is a portal into the company’s information retrieval architecture, which enables enterprises to leverage existing applications and environments to deliver appropriate information to employee, partners and customers.

Cypress’ retrieval architecture allows business information to be delivered from disparate platforms while preserving document integrity and fidelity, according to Mary Hinz, Cypress president. Further, Cypress.Web makes the documents available from a standard Web browser without converting them into HTML, XML, PDF or other proprietary formats.

Cypress automatically capture, indexes and archives all the materials in the DocuVault document repository. The company adds that its Cypress.Web provides organizations with secure, real-time access to all their enterprise documents and reports while simultaneously enabling companies to provide a secure e-business portal for 24/7 access to pertinent account or company information.
