Stellent has developed five new packaged consulting service offerings for its Universal Content Management solutions. The offerings are provided by the company’s Consulting Services division, which is organized into three primary competency areas: Program Management and Business Analysis, Enterprise Architecture and Integration Engineering, and Application Development and Consulting.

Stellent explains its packaged service offerings consist of:

  • implementation scoping, which includes the process of defining a project's scope and goals; developing project, risk assessment and mitigation, change management and communications plans; and determining a prioritized list of requirements;

  • system architecture assessment and design, which involves performing the required analysis to develop the specific technical architecture for a project;

  • implementation roadmap, which the development of a long-term strategic plan aligned with a company's strategic business objectives and long-term content management needs;

  • implementation advisor, which includes a set number of Stellent hours that can be allocated throughout the life cycle of a project; and

  • upgrade analysis, which entails an examination of the benefits and functionality that will result from a software upgrade, an architecture gap analysis and an upgrade execution plan for customers who are currently using a previous version of Stellent and are interested in upgrading to the latest product release.
