Nuxeo and Ephesoft have built a connector between the two open source platforms. The connector between the Ephesoft document capture platform and the Nuxeo content management platform is based on the OASIS CMIS (Content Management Interoperability Services) standard. The connector between the two platforms is a fully open source, end-to-end solution for managing the entire content life cycle, from capture to publish to archive. The companies add that the combined solution can easily integrate into an existing IT infrastructure. Nuxeo further claims that because its technology is platform-based, the end-to-end solution is fully adapted to document management, case management or other specialized content management scenario. Both the Ephesoft and Nuxeo platforms are cloud-ready.
