A warehouse management solution designed for the supply chain has been unveiled by Logility (Atlanta). WarehousePRO Version 3.0 for Windows NT is an object-oriented warehouse management system that uses radio frequency data collection terminals to streamline materials and information flow through mid-sized and large distribution centers. WarehousePRO utilizes workflow technology to direct typical warehouse tasks like shipping and receiving, and supports tasks such as random storage, cycle counts as well as lot control, LIFO and FIFO. The move to a Windows NT platform allows WarehousePRO users to combine their WMS with ERP solutions from companies like
