IS&T services such as document imaging and enterprise workflow, data warehousing, Intranet/entranet services and business process re-engineering will be supported by the Center for Insurance Solutions, which focuses on research and development.

Customized solutions are offered for automotive, property and casualty, medical and reinsurance branches of the industry. Swiss Reinsurance America is one benefactor of the program, having implemented a global imaging and workflow solution.
