Lanier acquires Quorum Group

) has acquired the Quorum Group, a Minneapolis-based legal services company specializing in discovery management, document coding, image scanning and repository services. Lanier will operate the company as Quorum/Lanier within its subsidiary, Lanier Professional Services (LPSI). Quorum's Knowledge Link image management software system will be offered through Lanier as part of "end-to-end litigation support with solutions that handle processes from input to output and everything in-between" according to Wesley Cantrell, CEO of Lanier. Quorum's scanning and indexing technologies will be applied to other LPSI markets, such as the medical transcription outsourcing service.
