JetForm Reports Record Q2 Results
JetForm (Ottawa, Ontario: Nasdaq: FORMF
) announces Q2 '97 financial results. A record revenue of $26.5 million is up 43% from Q2 '97. Net income of $1.9 million compares with a $1.4 million net income in Q2 '97, excluding charges for in-process R&D. "After completing several strategic and tactical initiatives, we have laid an ever stronger foundation for future growth," said president and CEO John Kelly. During the quarter Jetform signed a $5 million contract with the U.S. Air Force, the largest in JetForm's history. Sun Microsystems (Mountain View, CA) to develop Java-based enterprise workflow systems for the Web and network computing.
