Input Software to showcase new B2B product at iEC

To address the frustration and complexity of online business, Input Software has developed a new XML-based infrastructure that will be discussed as part of an e-commerce session at Goldman SachsInvestment Research estimates that only 1.1% of business-to-business commerce sales in the U.S. was conducted over the Internet in 1999. Furthermore, large financial services and insurance companies report that over 95% of Web transactions are abandoned prior to completion. As a result, customers default to less efficient traditional methods of doing business such as phone, fax, and mailing paper forms.

Kimra Hawley, CEO of Input Software said, “The Web is a promising vehicle for conducting business but it's clear we still have a long way to go. These adoption rate problems are largely due to the fact that today's user interfaces for Web applications are slow, difficult to navigate and simply don't provide the information that customers or business partners need. DynamicInput addresses this problem by using XML technology to enable intelligent, dynamic user interactions, all done through a standard Web browser.”
