ImageMatrix unveils customer service software for health insurance companies

) has unveiled the ServiceMatrix customer service software product for health insurance companies and Managed Care Organizations (MCOs). Featuring FileNet's (Costa Mesa, CA, http://www.filenet.com) Workflo document imaging and workflow software, the solution is designed to improve customer service for an MCO's members and providers. Also included is the "Knowledge Base," a hierarchy of information specific to the MCO industry that provides customer service representatives with standard responses to most inquiries. ServiceMatrix provides "immediate access" for these representatives "to the information they need to respond to member and provider inquiries," according to ImageMatrix CTO Nowell Outlaw.
