IQ Software Releases Query and Reporting Tool

Remedy's (Mountain View, CA) Action Request System, an application that automates internal help desk operations. The integration allows for a more seamless ad hoc query and reporting. Reports IQ/SmartServer generates can be directed to a particular destination as client/server viewable output files, Microsoft Excel files, or in hard copy format. Users can view and print static reports execute dynamic database reports using a Web browser. "We believe we provide the Remedy user community with the best and only solution for ad hoc reporting tools," said Paul Janofsky, IQ's VP of Business Development.
