HaystackID Partners with Authenticity.AI

HaystackID, a specialized e-discovery services firm, has formed a strategic partnership with Authenticity.AI, provider of software for machine translations and AI search processing.

Authenticity.AI will provide AI-enabled machine language translation to HaystackID's ReviewRight portfolio of review services.

Authenticity.AI’s AI-enabled machine language translation capability allows law firms and legal departments to translate documents from hundreds of languages into review project-appropriate languages in native document formats with more than 80% accuracy, according to Mike McDonald, founder and CEO of Authenticity.AI. This combination of the accuracy rate and native document format capability exceeds traditional machine language translation abilities and addresses two of the biggest challenges associated with machine language translations: accuracy and usability. With Authenticity.AI, McDonald added, data and legal discovery professionals can move away from the logistics of foreign language reviews into the objectives of the reviews, allowing decision makers to find, discern, and determine the most appropriate decisions more quickly.

When integrated with ReviewRight Match, Translate, and Virtual services from HaystackID, the machine language translation capability delivered by Authenticity.AI enables an integrated approach for sourcing document review attorneys with specific domain and language expertise and enables complex and secure reviews in almost any language.

With Authenticity.AI enabling machine language document translations, HaystackID is already seeing the impact of AI in foreign language translations in saving customers time and money in legal reviews, said Seth Schechtman, managing director of Review Services for HaystackID.
