Formtek, Staffware sign OEM agreement

A new OEM agreement between Staffware and Formtek combines workflow with document and output management. Formtek will integrate its Orion information storage and management suite and other business applications with Staffware's workflow engine. The integrated product will be targeted at integrated document and output management applications, specifically configuration management, data management, and engineering release management, according to Formtek president and CEO Dennis Scanlon. "This partnership will benefit both current and prospective intranet and extranet users by giving them new tools for driving critical information through business processes," added Robert Haxne, senior VP of business development for Staffware Research.
