Enhancing digital experiences and rich media management
HP Autonomy has announced MediaBin 8.1, the newest iteration of its digital asset management software. The company reports Version 8.1 has been engineered to help organizations use rich media assets in digital marketing campaigns more effectively, allowing them to deliver more powerful customer experiences across all channels, and resulting in greater engagement, increased conversion rate and higher-impact marketing.
MediaBin 8.1 is said to simplify the core tasks of media management, search and publishing while providing advanced scalability and in-depth, real-time media monitoring and analytics for all rich media assets, including images, audio and video files.
HP Autonomy also announces collaborations with online video platform vendors Brightcove and Limelight Networks, enabling MediaBin 8.1 users to manage, distribute, stream and analyze video assets to online audiences.
The current release includes the following updates:
- simplified metadata management,
- increased usability,
- conceptual asset search,
- open integration and workflow, and
- on premises, cloud and hybrid deployment options.
