David Coursey's Internet Showcase Names Winners

The best products of last week's David Coursey's Internet Showcase have been announced. Five companies were awarded Best of Showcase awards by Coursey, based on product, performance and presentation. The winners:

Tut Systems (Pleasant Hill, CA) ­ for HomeRun, its Ethernet-compatible LAN for home offices that uses in-home phone wiring and doesn't disturb existing telephone service.

Silverstream Software (Burlington, MA) ­ for Silverstream, a Web application platform that allows developers to create and deploy HTML and Java-based business applications.

Net Objects (Redwood City, CA) ­ for the NetObjects Fusion Version 3.0, an application that lets users create Websites with E-commerce and interactive data, including media, documents, HTML pages, scripts, components, and databases.

Personify ­ for its Real-Time Server, which allows marketers to leverage data generated by their Websites into user profiles and segmentations to drive increased response rates.

Pandesic (Sunnyvale, CA) ­ for the Pandesic Solution, a bundle of software, hardware and services that creates an end-to-end system for doing electronic business on the Web.
