DIGIPH Digs New TASC COLD System
DIGIPH PCS, a Mobile, AL-based provider of personal communications services, is now using a COLD system from TASC (Reading, MA) to streamline its access to customer care applications. DIGIPH offers digital wireless personal communications services (PCS) to approximately 2.2 million people across Mississippi's Gulf Coast, southern Alabama and the Florida panhandle. TASC's bill-viewing and archive technology is helping to enhance data exchange with DIGIPH's billing and statement processing systems, provided by LHS Communications Systems (Atlanta) and International Billing Services (El Dorado Hills, CA). The integration with DIGIPH's existing systems was a critical factor in the decision to implement the TASC solution, according to Scott Fairbanks, DIGIPH VP of Marketing. TASC's experience in application development and ability to grow with DIGIPH were also factors, he said.
