Control Data Forms New Business Unit

A new business unit that will address enterprise data management concerns has been formed by Control Data Systems (Arden Hills, MN). The Systems Integration Services (SIS) unit consists of 500 technical and professional personnel, and will offer solutions in enterprise data management, networking architectures, open systems, client/server and UNIX environments. The SIS unit also offers life cycle support and complex circuit board repair services. VP Michael Eleftheriou will head up the new group. "We have the skills, the experience, the global reach and the technology partners to provide very competitive services," said president and CEO Jim Ousley.
