Clark County bets on Image-X imaging and workflow

With a population of over one million, Nevada's Clark County, home to Las Vegas, is the fastest-growing county in the nation. As it migrates from a paper-based document system to an imaging system, Clark County has opted for a single vendor to provide the imaging and indexing software. The information systems department has selected a county-wide document imaging and workflow system from Image-X (Goleta, CA, http://www.imagexx.com).

According to Image-X, Clark County is the first county government in the nation to embrace a single-solution approach to document imaging and workflow. "We are thrilled," said Mark Wilkinson, VP of business development for Image-X. Clark County is sharing scanned images on an enterprise-wide basis-cross county, cross state and cross country.
