Charcoal manufacturer image-enables A/R

Royal Oak Enterprises (Atlanta), the world's number two charcoal manufacturer, is streamlining its accounts receivable operations with the help of Westbrook Technology.

Royal Oak employees will scan and view A/R documents using Westbrook's Fortis document management software. Plans call for further expansion across Royal Oak's entire offices.

Following installation and employee training, the system will go live in January 1999, according to Royal Oak LAN administrator Roy Brim and IS operations manager Jim Courchene
