Onyx Software has released CRMExpress--a pre-configured version of Onyx designed to grow with an enterprise over time, says the company. CRMExpress packages Onyx Enterprise CRM software licenses, implementation services, training and product support. Onyx claims the package provides a complete CRM system at a fixed, affordable price that can be implemented in 30 days or less.

The company explains CRMExpress is designed for enterprises that are looking to address a specific area of need in an immediate and affordable fashion, but know that their needs may expand in the future. Available exclusively to new customers, the offering includes 50 seats of the Onyx Employee Portal (OEP) with mobile capabilities. In addition to a core set of software and implementation services, the package also include analytics, training, a configuration work book and a post-project review session to help optimize both the solution and customer satisfaction, Onyx says.
