Boosting KM velocity

CAMO has acquired 100% of the outstanding shares of BIT Tech and will become the parent company under terms of the merger. CAMO will oversee the combined operations of BIT and its current operations in the US and Europe. BIT also maintains two development centers in India.

Together, the two companies will provide knowledge management and data analytic software for enterprise solutions and supporting services. These include systems integration, IT staffing, consulting and research services. Both companies will combine their proprietary and patent-pending wireless and knowledge management technologies. By integrating the technologies, CAMO says it has the ability to provide organizations with custom solutions and mobile, marketing information systems.

CAMO has also formed a technology and marketing partnership with Beyond 20/20, a provider of data-manipulation and data-visualization software, whose features provide:

  • the ability to share and access data faster and better in the CAMO knowledge management environment;

  • increased ability for users of any level to rapidly discover, visualize and share knowledge in a personalized format within the CAMO knowledge management environment; and

  • further access to CAMO's artificial intelligence software.
