Baan and Business Objects team up

With the goal of delivering new levels of management reporting and decision support for its business intelligence solution, Baan has inked a deal to resell Business Object’s reporting and analysis technology.

New developments resulting from the strategic partnership include the ability to unlock critical information from data in an optimized analytical environment and support for multidimensional analysis, the result of which allows customers to access data for the key information they require, Baan says. The new solution also supports the creation of presentation-quality reports featuring interactive graphics.
