B2B, effectively

In its new Business Process Integrator (BPI) Suite, Sybase says it offers a comprehensive set of integration and business process management tools that automate business processes, raise efficiency and lower costs.

Sybase BPI 2.1 marks the integration of Sybase and New Era of Networks products, including:

  • an XML-based business process server that orchestrates end-to-end business processes;

  • an integration broker that provides routing and transforming capability based on content;

  • a transaction monitoring and analysis tool that enables process monitoring inside and outside the enterprise and across multiple systems using different message formats;

  • a Web services integration platform providing public process collaboration and trading partner agreements based on ebXML and RosettaNet to enable electronic interaction with partners, and also provides a single integrated environment for SOAP, UDDI, WSDL, ebXML and RosettaNet.

  • an application server that enables users to build and deploy Web services components via SOAP, UDDI and WSDL.
