Arthur Andersen names Best Practices director

Arthur Andersen has named Susan Leandri as director of its Global Best Practices division.

Leandri will lead a 50-person team developing a global best practices knowledgebase of business practices knowledge, performance measures and diagnostic benchmarking tools. The knowledgebase will be accessible both internally and to AA clients to help them improve their business performance.

Leandri was formerly the operations director of the best practices knowledgebase, which became the initial framework of KnowledgeSpace, the company's intranet.
