Adaptive Solutions shows reduced losses

Adaptive Solutions (Beaverton, OR, Nasdaq, ADSO, http://www.asi.com

) announces Q2 ’97 revenue of $839,000 that compares with $1.5 million in Q2 ’96, a 77% decrease in revenue. A net loss of $171,000 for Q2 ’97 compares with a net loss of $2.9 million in Q2 ’96, a 94% reduction in losses. According to Dan Meub, president of Adaptive Solutions, the company experienced four consecutive quarters of reduced losses. An agreement with Motorola bolstered last quarter’s performance, and a contract with Northrop Grumman should assist the company’s performance in Q3 ’97.
