ASG to acquire visionapp AG

 ASG Software has a definitive agreement to acquire cloud platform provider visionapp AG, which provides private, public and hybrid cloud computing solutions, as well as SaaS and cloud automation software, through its CloudFactory family of modules.

The modules are:

CloudShaper allows complex cloud infrastructures to be modeled, packaged and deployed through an automated release management system.

CloudRobot is the central cloud control engine responsible for provisioning, metering, billing, configuration and catalog management of applications or any cloud service leveraging intelligent workflow management.

CloudCockpit is the Web desktop, which enables online and offline access to applications and services through a standardized Web interface.
