A sharp deal

Professional services firm SBI and Company has signed a definitive agreement to acquire IT consulting company Razorfish.

SBI says its customer-, employee-, supplier- and enterprise-facing solutions enable clients to acquire, retain and extend customer relationships, improve collaboration and coordination across their value chain, as well as enhance operational productivity and efficiency. Razorfish designs and deploys Web applications for e-commerce, customer and partner relationship management, employee self-service and enterprise measurement.

The acquisition brings with it 200 employees in markets including New York, Boston, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Silicon Valley and adds clients across SBI’s existing and complementary vertical industries such as financial services, life sciences, technology and the public sector.
