Next-generation claims processing


A large insurance group in Russia has chosen a business process management (BPM) solution to handle claims more efficiently. ROSNO Group will use Teamworks BPM from Lombardi to support its claims management.

Artem Natrusov, CIO at ROSNO Group, says, "Our company has grown very rapidly and our claims systems are too complex to keep up with our growth—we just cannot continue adding features that the business needs. We selected Teamworks to design and manage our next-generation claims processes because it is easy to use, it provides powerful analysis and monitoring features, and it allows us to use a local team with expertise in our native language."

ROSNO will use the solution to accommodate future business growth while maintaining the same number of employees, Lombardi reports in a recent news release. With the new solution, ROSNO expects to save time and money by automating routine tasks, simplifying decision-making and eliminating rework, Lombardi says.

Furthermore, the new system includes process scoreboards and performance measurements to help users deliver consistent customer service and to give management a way to gauge satisfaction, according to Lombardi. ROSNO also can add new functionality as requested by business users.
