ServiceWare opens European operation

ServiceWare (Oakmont, PA) has launched its European operation, ServiceWare Europe (Geneva, Switzerland), with the announcement of two new customers--Alliance & Leicester PLC (London) and EDS (Antwerp, Belgium). The customers have selected Knowledge-Pak solutions to improve customer service and support as well as internal help desk.

ServiceWare Europe was established to answer growing demand in Europe, the Middle East and Africa (EMEA) for knowledge-based support to further provide customers a competitive edge by improving their customer service and support capabilities.
