Salesforce e-mail templates, tasks for Gmail

Cirrus Insight has released Salesforce e-mail templates in Gmail, enabling users to access all of their Salesforce e-mail templates right from their Gmail inbox with a single click. Cirrus Insight explains that users can select a Salesforce e-mail template from the compose or reply screen in Gmail, and its software will automatically load the template and populate the dynamic fields with the right information from Salesforce.

To further simplify the integration process, Cirrus Insight has also made it easy for users to access Google Contacts in Salesforce and view contact information, activities, opportunities and more directly from their Google Contacts. Cirrus Insight also announced the release of Salesforce Task Integration in Gmail. The new offering provides customers an intuitive dashboard for viewing, managing and completing their Salesforce tasks directly from the inbox.
