Kewill Systems Acquires Exeter Software
In a move to position itself in the global supply chain marketplace, UK-based business solutions provider Kewill Systemsplc has acquired Exeter Software (Billerica, MA),a warehouse management software supplier. Under the agreement, Exeter will become a wholly-owned subsidiary of Kewill. The agreement positions Kewill "at every level of the supply chain-across vast industrial sectors-worldwide," said Kevin Overstall, Kewill CEO. Exeter CEO C. Brown Lingamfelter added that the combined entity "can now offer more products and services to many more people."
