Getting social with Web experience management

Bridgeline Digital has introduced a new social media management module to its .NET Web experience management platform. iAPPS Social is designed to allow customers to easily set up customized watch lists tailored by social network, topic or author to listen in on relevant conversations happening within social media, popular websites and blogs. Further, says Bridgeline, it allows them to prioritize and engage in conversations across the Web without exiting the iAPPS dashboard, as well as to take full advantage of exponential broadcasting of content by publishing through to department, dealer, franchise or other individual social media accounts.

In addition to the new social module, the iAPPS platform offers content management, e-commerce, e-marketing and Web analytics, and is available as SaaS or through perpetual license.
