Attivio and QlikTech partner for self-service BI

Attivio has inked a strategic partnership with QlikTech to provide self-service business intelligence services and access to disparate structured and unstructured information sources throughout the enterprise. The deal calls for combining Attivio’s Active Intelligence Engine (AIE) and QlikTech's QlikView Business Discovery platform, giving users the ability to access, manage and interact with all relevant information regardless of its source or format.

Further, Attivio has made separate partnerships with a number of QlikView solution providers, including Project Brokers and Visual Data Group. These agreements provide opportunities to expand reach across multiple shared markets—including banking and financial services, life sciences, manufacturing, technology and the energy sector—and steer deployment of unified information access and self-service BI.
