Verbatim Slashes Prices on Scanning/Storage System

Verbatim (Charlotte, NC) is now offering its SS600 document scanning and storage system for $1,925, a 45% discount. The SS600 is a 600cpi scanner with either a 650MB 3.5-inch MO drive or 650MB CD-Rewritable drive. Users of the SS600 can be "productively scanning, storing and managing documents in less than fifteen minutes," said Verbatim product manager Jim Riggs. The offer is valid until February 28, 1998 or until supplies last.
