Seybold follows AIIM to the Big Apple

This year's Seybold Seminars, the major conference for publishing and graphics professionals, follows right on the heels of AIIM. It will be held April 21st to 25th in New York and will feature four major conference tracks: printing/prepress in transition, Internet electronic delivery, media publishing and strategies for change.

Informix (Menlo Park, CA, http://www.informix.com) will use its Illustra database to power the event planner portion of the Seybold Web site. Seybold attendees can access the event planner from kiosks that will be located throughout the show floor. Informix has worked with Seybold to create the event planner that includes information on the show's tutorials, an exhibitor search capability and a floor map. The site uses Informix's Web DataBlade environment and the Text DataBlade for text searching.
