PC Docs and Arthur Andersen Sign Document Management Agreement

PC Docs (Toronto, Ontario) and Arthur Andersen

(Chicago) have announced a strategic alliance to provide document imaging services. Specifically, Arthur Andersen will provide services, including software configuration, integration with other software products, providing project management through the planning process, to the middle market around PC Docs' suite of document management products. Through the creation of Document Management Centers of Excellence, Arthur Andersen and PC Docs will demonstrate document management software, hardware and expertise. PC Docs will also provide training to Arthur Andersen consultants. Organizations in manufacturing, financial services and commercial markets "are increasingly relying on integrated document management to control the flow of information across their organizations," said Arthur Andersen alliance partner Dean Fischer, adding that the alliance will complement the company's ERP and knowledge management service offerings.
