Global 360 has unveiled G360 Case Manager 10, which incorporates BPM capabilities, including the ability to graphically model organizational data and deploy human processes, with enterprise content management functionality for a complete management platform.

With fully self-contained application configurations, IT is empowered to enforce configuration life cycle management policies for each independent process or content application and simplify the deployment features, reducing the time to deploy new systems. Global 360 also says its advanced data modeling tools build on Case Manager's core strength by presenting access to disparate information sources and provide management information based on business data.

In addition to enhanced case management capabilities, the company continues, Version 10 integrates with Global 360's Business Optimization Server (BOS) and can leverage BOS capabilities to "test drive" relevant business processes, such as mortgage lending or underwriting, with real business data to assess risk and compliance before implementation.
