Lanier Worldwide acquires Trans-Comp

) has acquired Trans-Comp (Pembroke Pines, FL) as part of its effort to increase and diversify its presence in the medical transcription industry. Under terms of the agreement, Trans-Comp's six offices will become a part of Lanier Professional Service (LPSI), a division of Lanier that provides healthcare professionals with medical transcription, reprographics, binding and mailroom management.
