LanVision receives Grant/Riverside contract

LanVision Systems (Cincinnati, http://www.lanvision.com

) has been awarded a $350,000 contract by Grant/Riverside Methodist Hospitals, members of U.S. Health. The Ohio-based provider of healthcare information access systems offers OmniVision, a suite of imaging and workflow applications for the consolidation of text, document, images, sound and audio into one repository.

Grant/Riverside hospitals will use OmniVision to image-enable its Phamis clinical data repository that houses patient information. The integration of their primary system with the OmniVision application will finally provide their physicians and clinicians with comprehensive access to the entire medical record.
