KM solution for prison

The Mississippi Department of Corrections (MDOC, Jackson, MI) has ordered a 100-seat networked MI3MS3000 Plus Image and Information Management System from Minolta Information Systems (Ramsey, NJ). The system will be used for accounting records and to manage inmate records. It will be installed on a wide-area network linking MDOC headquarters with three other facilities in the state. The system permits the intelligent routing of documents for automated review and action, automatic notification and workflow status tracking.
