Hands across the water

iManage has partnered with Morningstar Systems, an international provider of business intranet and extranet solutions, to expand its market reach throughout North America and Europe.

Under the agreement, the companies say, Morningstar Systems will offer consulting, implementation, system integration and training on the entire iManage WorkSite suite, which is said to deliver document management, collaboration, portal access, workflow, knowledge management and business process automation in a single solution on a scalable and secure Internet platform.

Morningstar Systems offers software, methods and techniques to implement Web-based collaborative business applications by using customer relationship management, document management, workflow and knowledge management applications. Morningstar is headquartered in Owings Mills, MD, with overseas operations based in the Netherlands.
