First Data Introduces Link-ROM For CD Storage and Retrieval

, has introduced a new CD retrieval product for storing and retrieving data from different files. Link-ROM users can simultaneously archive a variety of data file formats on a single CD-ROM or DVD-ROM disc. Link-ROM features a common index and viewer for instant query and retrieval, putting separate sources of information immediately at users' fingertips on a single disc. Link-ROM "is one of the most advanced and unique CD retrieval products in the marketplace today," said Mason Grigsby of Imerge Consulting (Richmond, VA). "Few if any other CD product brings all document object types together on one medium with one common format and accessed with one index entry." Link-ROM is available now, and is priced on a per-data page basis.
