Customer acquisition management from CertainSource

CertainSource, an eWayDirect company, has released Acquire, which is said to be the industry’s first customer acquisition management (CAM) platform. The company claims that based on an algorithmic assessment of the lead sources that generate prospective customers, Acquire helps marketers maximize spending on sources that produce the highest value customers and minimize spending on sources that generate uninterested people or risk to a brand’s online reputation and inbox delivery, CertainSource explains.

CertainSource is designed to let business-to-consumer (B2C) marketers manage and optimize customer acquisition campaigns across all digital media channels. Customer acquisition is the part of digital marketing that seeks to add new customers to an existing customer relationship management (CRM) system or cross-channel marketing system. Similar to the way that CRM systems provide one platform for customer retention, CertainSource Acquire provides a central SaaS platform where acquisition campaigns can be initiated, managed and optimized.
