KnowledgeLake has introduced enhancements to the KnowledgeLake Capture for SharePoint solution. KnowledgeLake describes its Capture for SharePoint as a single solution to manage the enterprisewide capture of an organization’s content. The latest enhancements to the solution are said to improve the ability to automatically classify and recognize documents, and to provide automated data extraction and indexing. The new features are claimed to enable organizations to increase productivity for any paper-intensive business process, including loan and invoice processing. KnowledgeLake’s existing barcode technology has also been enhanced to provide the ability to use barcode labels to index documents before they are scanned, and to use checklist classification functionality for use with multifunction devices.
