The compliance imperative

New features include:

Board information management--centralized document shredding, configurable meeting notifications, multiple sets of minutes for the same meeting, variable agenda formats, configuration and committee setup wizards and enhanced full-text searching of records and archives.

Risk management-- incident management incorporating extensive loss data allocation, management and reporting; residual risk assignment incorporated within control certification; point-in-time risk reporting and period closes; and fully customizable Risk Frameworks allowing alignment with internal corporate processes and terminology.

Compliance management--new incident management capability supporting anonymous complaints, incidents, issues and remediation monitoring; new automated compliance calendar; enhanced compliance questionnaires, including new reporting and distribution options.

Sarbanes Oxley 404 compliance--new mapping of controls to control objectives in addition to risks, point-in-time reporting, new incident management modules, long-running control assessment support and complete integration with the enhanced questionnaire.

Questionnaires, certification & SOX 302--delegation of questionnaires, extended automatic roll-up reporting, question response override, response approval workflow, support for large respondent groups and enhanced evidence capture and reference capabilities.

Reporting--enhanced cross-sectional reporting, save common report and queries definitions for re-use, post reports directly to Leaders4 reading rooms, meeting agenda or document repository or output reports to Microsoft Excel.
