Photomatrix, VIP and IBM form scanning collaboration

) has formed an alliance with VIP Ltd. (Gold River, CA) to provide a high-volume scanning solution. The Vision Series 5000 scanners and VIP ImageCap software will be distributed as a complete system by IBM (Armonk, NY, http://www.ibm.com). Scanning at 100 to 200 ppm in dual-sided mode, the Vision Series line offers a resolution of 400 dpi. The ImageCap software suite functions as an extension to IBM's ImagePlus VisualInfo system.
